Return Policy – Valcore Tool Watches
Return Window
We understand that it can be difficult to know if you’ll like a watch without seeing it in person, and sizing can be hard to judge online. Because of that, we do accept returns.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in new condition and the protective tape must still be attached. Watches that have been worn, sized, modified, or had protective materials removed may not qualify for a full refund.
Valcore Tool Watches reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when returning a watch, as Valcore is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds – New Condition Returns
Once the watch is received and inspected, refunds for watches returned in new condition will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds – Lightly Used Returns
If a watch is returned lightly used but still fully functional and in resellable condition, Valcore may accept the return; however, a fee may be deducted from the refund to cover the cost required to inspect, process, and resell the watch.
Returned watches are not sold again as new inventory. Any returned watches that are resold will be clearly marked and sold separately as returned or discounted items.
Damaged or Worn Returns
Watches that are damaged, heavily worn, modified, or not in resellable condition may not be accepted for return.

We try to be fair and reasonable with returns and will work with customers when possible.
