Shipping Locations
Valcore Tool Watches primarily ships within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis, and we plan to offer regular international shipping as international demand grows. Customers outside the United States should contact us before placing an order.
Processing and Lead Times
Shipping times may vary depending on whether the watch is in stock, on preorder, limited release, or backordered. Lead times provided on the website are estimates and may change due to production timelines, supplier availability, or shipping delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside of our control.
Shipping Insurance and Lost Packages
All shipments are insured. If a package is lost in transit, Valcore will replace or refund the order after the shipping carrier confirms the package is lost through their claims process.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Valcore is no longer responsible for the package. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping location is secure and able to receive deliveries.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Valcore is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping and Duties
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. Valcore Tool Watches is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
