Terms of Service – Valcore Tool Watches

These Terms of Service govern all sales, products, services, and use of the Valcore Tool Watches website and products operated by Tirocinium Ventures LLC, doing business as Valcore Tool Watches (“Valcore”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing from Valcore Tool Watches, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies contained herein.
1. Products
Valcore Tool Watches produces durable tool watches designed for demanding environments. Product specifications, materials, components, and designs may change without notice as improvements are made.
Limited edition products may not be restocked once sold out.
Product images are representative and final products may vary slightly in color, finish, or appearance
2. Orders, Preorders, and Backorders
Orders may be placed for in-stock items, preorders, limited editions, or backordered items.
Preorders and backorders may require extended production or sourcing time. All delivery dates and lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production timelines may vary due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, shipping delays, or supply chain issues.
Orders may be cancelled by the customer any time prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, the order falls under the Return Policy.
Valcore reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and issue a refund.
3. Pricing and Payments
Payment is due at the time the order is placed for all products, including preorders and backorders.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of pricing errors, product description errors, or inventory errors, Valcore reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or modify orders if necessary. Valcore will make reasonable efforts to communicate with customers and resolve errors fairly.
Sales tax will be collected where required by law. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
4. Shipping
Valcore Tool Watches ships primarily within the United States. International shipping may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
All shipments are insured. Valcore is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside of our control.
If a shipment is lost in transit, Valcore will replace the item after the carrier confirms the shipment is lost through the official claims process.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Valcore is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The watch must be unused
Protective tape must still be attached
The watch must be returned in new condition
Original packaging must be included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds for returned items in new condition will be issued to the original payment method minus return shipping costs. Returns that show signs of use or damage may be denied or subject to repair, cleaning, or refurbishment costs.
6. Warranty
Valcore Tool Watches provides a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement failure under normal use. The warranty applies to the watch, not the owner, but proof of original purchase is required.
Straps are covered for normal wear for the life of the watch. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for strap replacements.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, extreme impact, improper crown use, water misuse, chemical exposure, modification, or improper service is not covered under warranty.
Valcore may repair or service watches outside warranty at cost for parts and labor with no additional service markup.
Warranty decisions are made at Valcore’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
7. Repairs and Service
Warranty repairs must be approved by Valcore before shipping the watch. Valcore may require photos or documentation before authorizing warranty service.
Warranty repairs will include return shipping paid by Valcore. Non-warranty repairs require the customer to pay shipping costs.
Repairs performed by qualified watchmakers approved by Valcore do not void the warranty.
8. Unclaimed Repairs
Any watch sent to Valcore for service or repair that remains unpaid or unclaimed for 90 days after notification may be considered abandoned. Ownership of abandoned items is forfeited to Valcore Tool Watches.
9. Water Resistance
Water resistance ratings are indicated on the watch dial or case back. Customers should follow guidance in the owner’s manual.
Water resistance can be affected by hot water, steam, temperature changes, impacts, gasket wear, improper crown use, or opening the watch case. Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time.
10. Mechanical Watch Accuracy
Mechanical watch accuracy varies depending on movement type, position, temperature, activity level, magnetism, and environmental conditions. Mechanical watches are not perfectly accurate timekeeping devices and small variations in timekeeping are normal.
All Valcore watches are expected to perform within the accuracy specifications of the movement manufacturer. Timekeeping variation within manufacturer specifications is not considered a defect.
11. Product Use
Valcore Tool Watches are designed for durability and demanding environments; however, no mechanical device is indestructible. Damage resulting from extreme impacts, misuse, modification, chemical exposure, extreme temperatures, or unusual events is not considered a manufacturing defect.
12. Chargebacks and Fraud
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Valcore to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collections, legal action, and recovery of costs, fees, and damages.
Valcore reserves the right to refuse future service to any customer suspected of fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy abuse.
13. Refusal of Service
Valcore reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, deny returns, deny warranty claims, limit quantities, terminate accounts, or refuse future business to any individual suspected of fraud, abuse, misuse of products, harassment, or abuse of company policies.
14. Supply Chain, Production, and Delivery Delays
Valcore Tool Watches is not liable for delays caused by supply chain issues, manufacturing delays, supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, natural disasters, pandemics, equipment failures, material shortages, or other events outside of Valcore’s control. Lead times and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.
15. Intellectual Property
All Valcore Tool Watches designs, dial designs, branding, logos, product names, packaging, manuals, website content, images, and marketing materials are original works and property of Valcore Tool Watches. Valcore watches may incorporate third-party components; however, overall watch designs, configurations, branding, and product presentation are original Valcore designs.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of Valcore intellectual property may result in legal action.
16. Website Use
Users may not use bots or automated purchasing systems to purchase limited edition or backordered products. Users may not scrape website content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, reverse engineer products, or use Valcore content for commercial purposes without permission.
17. Communications
By placing an order, customers agree to receive order-related communications including order confirmations, shipping updates, warranty communication, and policy updates from Valcore Tool Watches.
18. Limitation of Liability
Valcore’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at Valcore’s discretion. Valcore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
19. Dispute Resolution
Customers must contact Valcore Tool Watches to attempt to resolve any dispute before initiating chargebacks or legal action. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Idaho. Valcore reserves the right to choose to resolve disputes in the courts of Ada County, Idaho instead of arbitration. Customers waive the right to jury trials and class action lawsuits.
20. Governing LaW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
21. Changes to Terms
Valcore Tool Watches may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Valcore Tool Watches.
